Train Services in Poole and Bournemouth


On this page you will find transport services relating to railway services in Poole and Bournemouth.

Poole train station is located on Serpentine Road and contains the ticket counter and machines, toilets, and a newsagent. Platform 1 is accessed directly from the ticket hall, with a footbridge leading across the tracks to platform 2. For step-free access to platform 2, there is a station entrance on Holes Bay Road. The taxi rank and bus stops are outside the main building, as is the 146-space car park and storage spaces for bicycles.

Bournemouth train station is located on Holdenhurst Road near St Paul’s roundabout. In total there are four platforms at Bournemouth station. Passengers from London will arrive on platforms three and four and can exit via the side entrance to find taxis. To reach the main car park, passengers should cross the bridge and exit the station through the side entrance on platform two. Passengers taking trains from Bournemouth to London and Southampton will leave from platform two.
